The Hermitage by the Bay is located directly in the heart of Florida's beautiful "Emerald Coast," home of the world's whitest beaches. Guests staying at the Hermitage will enjoy many superb amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor sundeck, a marina, barbeque grills, free on-site parking, and 24-hour security. Across the street, you will find beautiful white sand beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Reside bay front and you'll capture brilliant sunrises and spectacular sunsets from your balcony. Each unit offers all the comforts and conveniences of home with two bedrooms and two full baths, a living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a coffeemaker and complimentary coffee, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition, each unit features a cable television, video cassette player, alarm clock radio, air conditioning, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, direct-dial telephone, and washer/dryer.
**The property has a two-night minimum stay requirement throughout the year.**
**No more than four adults per room are allowed (13 years and older). Children under 12 stay free. No more than three children per room are allowed. Children 13 and older are considered adults. The maximum number of people in a unit is 6.**
**If a party is discovered with more than 6 people in a room, the party will be told to leave and will not receive a refund. Upon discovery, the party will also be charged $100 per night per person for previous nights already spent lodging at the condo.**
**Please note: At least one guest must be 25. The reservation and all billing must be in their name, and they must be present at the condo. ID's will be checked if there is any doubt.
**A $75 cleaning fee for each rental will be collected at check-in.**
**Once your reservation is confirmed, you must call 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive information regarding access codes, unit assignments and lockbox instructions.**
**Hermitage by The Bay utilizes video surveillance to protect guests and their property. The surveillance is recorded, and may be checked at anytime to verify the number of guests.**
