Each Gulf front condominium is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. These condos feature a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Relax and enjoy the Gulf breezes and panoramic views from your balcony/patio. Other comforts of home include washer and dryer, alarm clock radio, cable TV, video player, telephone and air conditioning.
**This property requires a two-night minimum stay throughout the year.**
**A $75 cleaning fee for each rental will be collected at check-in.**
**No more than four adults per room are allowed (13 years and older). Children under 12 stay free. No more than three children per room are allowed. Children 13 and older are considered adults. The maximum number of people in a unit is 4.**
**If a party is discovered with more than 4 people in a room, the party will be told to leave and will not receive a refund. Upon discovery, the party will also be charged $100 per night per person for previous nights already spent lodging at the condo.**
**Please note: At least one guest must be 25. The reservation and all billing must be in their name, and they must be present at the condo. ID's will be checked if there is any doubt.
**Once your reservation is confirmed, you must call 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive information regarding access codes, unit assignments and lockbox instructions.**
